I totally recommend you add these songs: dangerous woman - ariana grande, the man - taylor swift, whatever it takes - imagine dragons, centuries - fall out boy, seven nation army - the white stripes.
I almost exclusively listen to "recession pop" - early Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Ludacris, Flo Rida, Pitbull, Kesha...lmao. It's just so fun and upbeat, and I do need those high BPMs to keep me jogging.
Fergie’s London Bridge, Rihanna’s Breakin’ Dishes, Taio Cruz/Ludacris Break Your Heart, Pitbull/JLo’s On the Floor, Lady Gaga’s Lovegame…. I could go on lol
I use music more for running than for other workouts so I arrange my playlists by the type and distance of run I’m doing. Vitamin String Quartet’s cover of We Will Rock you for starting off a run! Very exciting, but slow enough for a good warmup. Kids by MGMT, is my next warmup song, and then I have a loooong list after that but here are some favorites:
Bring Me To Life by Evanescence
Run This Town by Rihanna and Jay Z
Mr Brightside by The Killers
All I Do Is Win by DJ Khaled
Low by Flo Rida
Till I Get There by Lupe Fiasco
Stronger by Kanye West
Friends in Low Places by Garth Brooks
Erase Me by Kid Cudi
How Do You Like Me Now by Toby Keith
American Idiot by Green Day
Holiday by Green Day
Goodbye Earl by The Chicks
Yeah by Usher
Confrontation from Les Miserables
I’ll stop now but as you can see it’s quite an assortment! Haha
I've got just the thing to help barbell women go heavier, alone and safely. Google free-spotter tutorial. I'd be glad to donate a sample or two to the Club. Sherm
Bejeweled by Taylor Swift
Clam Casino by Chrissy Chlapecka
Princess of Power, Butterfly, and Cuntissimo by Marina
omg QUEEN nothing has me strutting through the gym as Butterfly and Cuntissimo and you knooooow it!!!
Cuntissimo is a PERFECT workout bop
